It usually takes only 2-3 business days to process your Luxe Folded Graduation Photo Cards before shipping. If you select the optional rush processing service, the processing time is reduced to 1 business day. Processing time greatly depends on the timeliness of your responses to our proofs and e-mail communications. Processing estimates do not include shipping transit time.

High Resolution photos are required for best results. Your photos need to be between 900KB and 10MB to produce a clear print. Photos less than 900KB in size will most likely produce a poor print. Check the size of your photos before placing your order.
Please do not re-size your photos before sending, as this may compromise print quality. If your photo is too small to produce a good print, we will notify you and give you the option of switching photos.
The inside bottom horizontal photo has a smaller photo overlapping the left side. It is very important to submit an image with the senior off to the right of the photo to avoid unwanted overlap by the smaller image. We strongly recommend reading the "how to choose photos" link above before ordering photo cards.
If your photos were taken by a professional photographer, we require that a release be e-mailed to us stating that Photo Card Chef has permission to print the photos. Your photographer may e-mail us the release directly. Your order number must be included in the e-mail containing the release. Photo Card Chef cannot reproduce professional photography without written consent from the photographer.
