Processing Time:
It usually takes only 2-3 business days to process your Family Picture Christmas Greeting Cards before shipping. If you select the optional rush processing service, the processing time is reduced to 1 business day. Processing time greatly depends on the timeliness of your responses to our proofs and e-mail communications. Processing estimates do not include shipping transit time.

More Photo Information

Because we require such high resolution photos, for cards with 5 or more photos, please complete your order without uploading any pictures, and then e-mail your photos to Photos@PhotoCardChef.com after your order is completed along with your name, order number, and where you’d like the photos placed on the holiday photo card. Multiple e-mails are recommended to accommodate the high resolution files.

Please label the placement of your photos as follows for the front of your Family Christmas Photo Card with Pictures: Left Top, Left Center, Left Bottom, Right Top, Right Center, Right Bottom.

High Resolution photos are required for best results. Your photos need to be between 900KB and 7MB to produce a clear print. Photos less than 900KB in size will most likely produce a poor print.

Your photos will need to be cropped to fit into the allotted spaces for this Unique Photo Christmas Card. We will crop the photos for you. You may notify us of any special cropping requests when your photos are e-mailed.

Color images can be converted to black and white or sepia tone at no additional charge. Please specify this request when e-mailing your photos. Otherwise, photos will be added to your photo card as they were received.

Please do not re-size your photos before sending, as this may compromise print quality. If your photo is too small to produce a good print, we will notify you and give you the option of switching photos.
