High Resolution photos are required for best results. Your photos need to be between 900KB and 10MB to produce a clear print. Photos less than 900KB in size will most likely produce a poor print. Check the size of your photos before placing your order.
Please do not re-size your photos before sending, as this may compromise print quality. If your photo is too small to produce a good print, we will notify you and give you the option of switching photos.
The front photo on these graduation announcements will be "cropped" into three areas - the top, center, and bottom year. It is very important that your subject's face be at the top of your image, so that it will not be cut in half by the unique frame design on these movie poster cards. Do not submit a photo that is "zoomed in," or where the senior's face covered the whole frame. If you have any questions about whether your photo will work for this photo card, please contact us using the contact form. Additionally, the back image will be cropped wide. Please submit a photo suitable for cropping, and understand that the image will be cropped to fit into the wide horizontal space. Do not submit a vertical photo for the back, as most of the image will be cropped out.
If your photos were taken by a professional photographer, we require that a release be e-mailed to us stating that Photo Card Chef has permission to print the photos. Your photographer may e-mail us the release directly. Your order number must be included in the e-mail containing the release. Photo Card Chef cannot reproduce professional photography without written consent from the photographer.
