Processing Time:
It usually takes only 2-3 business days to process your Simple Graduation Photo Cards before shipping. If you select the optional rush processing service, the processing time is reduced to 1 business day. Processing time greatly depends on the timeliness of your responses to our proofs and e-mail communications. Processing estimates do not include shipping transit time.

High Resolution photos are required for best results. Your photos need to be between 900KB and 10MB to produce a clear print. Photos less than 900KB in size will most likely produce a poor print. Do not submit photos less than 900KB in size.
Most photos will need to be cropped to fit into the allotted spaces for this modern photo graduation card. Color images can be converted to black and white or sepia tone at no additional charge. Please specify this request when e-mailing your photos. Otherwise, photos will be added to your photo card as they were received.
Please do not re-size your photo before sending, as this may compromise print quality. If your photo is too small to produce a good print, we will notify you and give you the option of switching photos.
About 1/4 inch is cut off around all sides of the photo card during printing to create the 'full bleed' effect. Please keep this in mind when selecting photos for your graduation invitation cards. Headroom on both photos is recommended.
If your photos were taken by a professional photographer, we require that a release be e-mailed to us stating that Photo Card Chef has permission to print the photos. Your photographer may e-mail us the release directly. Your order number must be included in the e-mail containing the release.

Thank you for such an amazing job with my graduation invitations. I sent in my idea and order late one night, and she had the proofs ready the next morning by 8 o'clock. When my first picture didn't quite work, she allowed me to change it to a picture that better suited the layout. Thank you for being so prompt and willing to get my order correct and the way that I pictured it.

Not only did the designer at cardchef work ever so hard and late to make my graduation announcements, she kept me updated every step of the way to ensure I was happy with her changes and adjustments. I'm sure my family will love them just as much as I do!

I was very satisfied with the printing of my daughter's graduation invitations. We ordered months in advance, but really only needed a week from beginning to end. I am very happy with the finished product.

Great and unique way to announce a graduation, I have gotten so many compliments on my announcement
Our designer was wonderful about the whole process and made it so much fun..... I was able to create a card that reflected my personality as well as make it something my recipients wanted to keep a a memento.
